Aww it’s the last day of the Tri-Polish Challenge for May. I’m a little sad, but I was feeling so uninspired this month, so it’s just as well. As a recap, this month’s colors were red, gray and blue, and the polishes I chose Color Club Mamba, NYC Sidewalkers, and Revlon Royal. Today’s mani is also going to be my last mani for The Nail Challenge Collaborative’s Stamping Challenge.
Hey everyone! I’m back with a Sunday Stamping mani! This week the challenge was to do a mani inspired by our new swimsuit, dress, or shoes. And seeing as the only one of the three I currently have at the ready is my new swimsuit, so that’s what I did.
Hello again! Today I’ve got a bit of an involved post for everyone today. First it’s a product review, and second it’s my third manicure for The Nail Challenge Collaborative’s Stamping Challenge.
So, the winner of this week’s Adventures in Stamping theme (that post, as always, will be Sunday) was posted and it required that I have a French tip plate (well, the idea I have in my head does, anyway), and I remembered seeing this Stamping kit in Claire’s the last couple times I was in there, and I knew it had a French tip plate in the kit, so I begged The Fanboy and he was awesome and amazing and awesomely amazing and let me go ahead and get it so I’d be set for Sunday. And, I figured, I’d give a little bit of a review of it and then use the resulting nail art for TNCC.
As seen above, the kit contains three plates, a mini bottle of stamping polish, a stamper and a scraper. The only thing I didn’t review was the scraper, as I don’t use metal scrapers on my plates.
To say I don’t get extremely excited when Tri-Polish Challenge time rolls around again would be a lie. I simply adore it! I anxiously await being able to use my colors together, I love seeing what polishes everyone else chose to represent the colors, I love seeing how everyone comes up with something completely different (well… most of the time, anyway.)
Hey guys! I’m back for another MSMD Monday post, and this time I was inspired by two lovely ladies on YouTube! I first saw a variation of this look on cutepolish’s channel, and then I saw it on Dearnatural62’s channel.
While neither look is at all similar to mine, that’s the point. The point is to do each nail in your own personal style, but the connection is in the colors: Use only black and white. So, I did.
